Alessandro Turini (born January 14, 1950 in Busto Arsizio) is a retired Italian professional football player.
He played 5 games, scoring 1 goal in the Serie A for A.C. Milan in the 1973/74 season. During that season, he also played for Milan in the 1973 European Super Cup and the 1974 European Cup Winners' Cup Final, both of which Milan lost.
